Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
• Prepare and distribute sales proposals, presentations, and contracts as per the sales team's requirements.
• Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Track and monitor order status, resolve any issues or delays, and keep customers informed about their order progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and records in an organized manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve issues and provide effective solutions.
