Sales Coordinator Job in Mumbai at VT Corp Pvt Ltd

Roles and Responsibilities:

• End to end generation of the Sales Orders catering the product range. Registering inquiries, updating the status from time to time, sending offer / quotation for machine and spares, client coordination.
• Registering inquiries, updating the status from time to time, sending offer/ quotation for machine and spares, client coordination, Co-ordination and organizing the Sales Meetings/Customer Meetings, order acknowledgement and work order to be released weekly MIS report to management, Sales reports and updating spares and machine sales report. Preparing the Sales Order Statement.
• Generate order confirmation by booking order as per code numbers and quantity, including correct address in Excel system.
• Send Order Confirmation to concerned Sales team
• Issue of Proforma Invoice to customers for Sales orders, if applicable.
• Preparation of necessary documents for Government Tenders, EMD (BG & DD), Bid Security and Performance Security.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any graduate with 2-3 years of experience as a sales coordinator.
• Experience on SAP
• Command on Excel
