Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage lead allocation, follow-ups, and deal tracking.
• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Generate sales performance and pipeline reports for management.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and documentation as per customer requirements.
• Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations for timely order execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales requests.
• Assist in promotional activities or events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in sales coordination or administration roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Strong MS Office and documentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Certification in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
