Leica Microsystems is hiring for the role of Sales Coordinator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Consolidating quoting requirements for service sales and on-demand service repair requests
- Provide phone and e-mail coverage/assistance; enter data; generate and process Service Quotes, Demand Service Quotes and Contracts
- Monitoring sales and the performance of the sales team
- Recording sales data
- Maintaining sales databases
- Maintaining sales databases
- Assist with ODS to Contract conversions; track these and other related activities to aid in the analysis and strategic execution of initiatives; and assist with IMR/Dealer and Direct team’s service needs.
Requirements:
- Experience with ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems (ex. SAP)
- Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) systems (ex. Salesforce.com)
- High school degree (or equivalent)
