Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Building the personal insurance business at Plum with a focus on the growth/sales function. You will have ambitious, challenging goals.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to scale GTM and iterate customer experience as we scale the business.
- Consulting clients to set up the ideal life and health insurance products in line with their needs.
Requirements:
- Enjoys consulting people on financial wellness.
- You can be disciplined and have a deep desire to chase goals.
- Are an ace communicator. We expect you to be good at writing and see clear, precise communication as essential.
- Enjoys fast pace work environment.
