About this Job

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to Directors/CFOs of SMEs and other corporates based on provided leads as well as self-generated leads.
  • Pitch and promote Capstone Corporate Advisors' services to prospective customers during telephonic conversations.
  • Fix appointments with potential clients after establishing interest and engagement.
  • Meet customers in person, accompanied by a senior member of the team, to understand their requirements and assess their financial strengths and weaknesses.
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend the most suitable funding structure that aligns with their company requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing correspondence with clients and the in-house execution team to complete required documentation for proposals.
  • Coordinate with relevant bankers to explain client requirements and highlight client strengths, ensuring smooth approval and sanctioning processes.
  • Take responsibility for completing disbursement procedures and effectively closing deals once they are sanctioned by the bank.
  • Please note - the candidate will be provided with in-depth training before they begin.

  • Financial acumen to evaluate the financial strengths and weaknesses of prospective clients.

  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
