Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage team and work with internal control, Risk, and product teams
• Conduct regulatory reporting for Business correspondents
• Monitor sales data for compliance, fraud, and anomalies
• Support sales audits and close audit observations
• Verify data accuracy for RBI and SLBC reports
• Encourage adherence to policies and regulations
• Assist risk team in fraud-related transaction investigations
• Coordinate with product team for process improvements

Requirements:

• Graduate degree
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Access
• Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Comfortable handling large data sets
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of SQL Database and Access Automation
• Good presentation skills
