Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Subscription Sales Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
  Setting and achieving sales goals for both new school acquisitions and student subscriptions.
  
• Advertisement and Event Sales Target Achievement:Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales through advertising initiatives.
  Identifying opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships with events relevant to the target audience.
  
• Lead Generation:Actively generating leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.
  Developing strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  
• Market Research:Conducting market research to identify potential schools and student demographics.
  Staying informed about competitors and market trends.
  
• Relationship Building:Building and maintaining strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other key decision-makers.
  
• Product Knowledge:Maintaining in-depth knowledge of The Times of India - Student's Edition.
  Articulating the value proposition of the product to schools and students.
  
• Presentation Skills:Delivering effective presentations to school stakeholders showcasing the benefits of the student's edition.
  Tailoring presentations to address the unique needs and interests of each school.
  
• Negotiation Skills:Negotiating terms and agreements with schools for bulk subscriptions.
  Handling objections and resolving issues to secure sales.
  

Requirements:

• Post Graduates in any discipline with 0 to 3 years
