Sales and Telecaller Job in Chennai at Samson Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
• Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or personnel.

Skills :

• Proven experience as a telecaller or sales representative, preferably in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant phone manner.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using basic computer applications.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
