Raybon Chemicals & Allied Products is hiring for the role of Sales & Service Engineer!

Responsiblities of the Candidate:

• Establish preventative maintenance schedules.
• Inspect, service and repair components of the RO plant running on effluent water including Pumps, valves, automated valves, etc water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, and circulation and dosing pumps.
• Impart training to operators, for operating the plant and filling up log sheet.
• Maintain rotating equipment, like pumps, motors, etc.
• Maintain instrumentation items like automated valves and actuator valves.
• Handling customer support, both technical and administrative.
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Prepare and submit service reports.
• Provide technical direction to the team.
• Repair faults, servicing equipment, create preventative maintenance strategies, and update user manuals.

Requirements:

• Should be able to handle both sales and service.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Should be willing to travel and have own vehicle 2 wheeler and valid driving licence.
• Hard working & able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to keep track of customer complaints and issues and their resolution.
• Diploma/BE, instrumentation, electrical, mechanical or BSc.
• Fresher or experience 1-2 years in operation and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Candidates with experience in the water industry, in servicing water treatment equipment like RO, plants, DM plants, softeners, or pumps, valves, pipes etc, will be preferred.
• Also, candidates having experience in project execution erection and commissioning will be preferred.
