Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Conversion:

• Inbound Lead Conversion: Convert inbound health insurance leads into successful sales by understanding client needs and offering the right products.
• Customer Communication: Build strong relationships with clients, providing them with accurate information about products, policy options, and pricing.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report daily sales activities, including conversions, inquiries, and follow-ups, to help management assess performance and strategize further growth.

Operations Support:

• Documentation & Policy Management: Assist in the processing of health insurance applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and submitted accurately.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales transactions, and operational activities in internal systems.
• Coordination with Teams: Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure timely processing of policies, renewals, and claims. Collaborate to streamline processes and resolve operational issues.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that all sales and operational processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

After-Sales Service:

• Post-Sale Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns post-sale, assisting with policy activation, claims processes, and any other post-sale queries.
• Customer Retention: Provide exceptional after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage policy renewals.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate (Higher Secondary/12th Pass also considered with relevant experience).
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Proven ability to convert inbound leads into sales.
• Ability to manage operational tasks, such as data entry, documentation, and coordination.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in policy documentation and reporting.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
• Operational Understanding: Familiarity with handling administrative tasks, documentation, and process coordination in an operational environment.
