Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle pricing discussions and close contracts efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance to improve strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Support: Assist in executing digital campaigns across social media, email, and Google Ads.
  • Content Marketing: Create engaging promotional content for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Brand Promotion: Develop marketing materials, presentations, and sales collaterals.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English & Hindi.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals confidently.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Target-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in healthcare IT solutions or software sales.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Experience in B2B sales and corporate client handling.
