About this Job

We are seeking a Sales Funnel Manager/Cold Calling Enterprise Sales/Lead Management professional to oversee our sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals. This person will also be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and providing coaching and feedback when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer organizations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize customer acquisition.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all leads are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging to drive sales.
  • Provide coaching and support to the sales team, including training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoff of leads from marketing to sales.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales funnel management, enterprise sales, and lead management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting for new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience managing and coaching a sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
