Sales Admin Executive Job in Gurgaon at Medanta - The Medicity

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Generate regular reports for sales and management, tracking key performance indicators and identifying trends. 
• Facilitate communication between sales reps, customers, and internal departments. 
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and presentations to enhance collaboration and information flow. 
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail. 
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
•  Provide support to sales team members on administrative processes and systems. 
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide better support the sales team. 
• Ensure accurate real-time visibility of sales team performance. 
• Work on analytics projects, conducting deep dives to extract insights from data and build analytical frameworks. 
• Report sales and campaign results to managers and stakeholders, handling additional tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager/Management.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ Postgraduate in any stream
• 2 - 4 years of experience preferably in Sales Administration
• Good in analyzing data with hands on experience in MS Excel / Power BI
• Strong collaboration skills with cross functional team
• Good in managing various internal & external stakeholders
