P&G is hiring for the role of Sales Account Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Plan, Sell, Review & Execute distribution plans by Account
- Sell promotion plan recommendations as per SBD guidelines.
- Plan, Sold, Executed & Reviewed plans to deliver an improved share of shelf/displays and compliance to SBD principles.
- Plan, Deploy & Review store operations chassis to enable perfect in-store execution.
- Plan, Execute, and Review with Manager personal development plan to build Sales core proficiencies and experiences: specifically, proficient selling skills through repetitive selling presentations.
- Establish superior category expertise AND understanding of customer decision-making and work processes via account penetration and influence to simplify selling
Requirements:
- On-boarding/Start-Up.
- Successful selling (repetition of selling presentation to influence defined outcomes)
- Foundational selling and relationship leadership skills.
- Personal initiative to deliver outstanding business and organization results.
- Recommended Profile : MBA from Tier 2/3 college
