Procter & Gamble (P&G) is hiring for the role of Sales Account Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidates
- Develop and execute distribution plans to optimize brand availability and affordability across online and offline channels.
- Formulate and implement promotion plans that align with SBD guidelines.
- Enhance share of shelves, displays, and compliance with SBD principles through strategic planning and execution.
- Deploy and manage store operations chassis to ensure seamless in-store execution.
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and execute a personal development plan focused on building sales core proficiencies and experiences.
- Cultivate exceptional category expertise and understanding of customer decision-making processes to simplify selling.
Requirements
- MBA from Tier 2/3 college with a work experience of 1-2 years.
- Proven success in repetitive selling presentations to influence defined outcomes.
- Foundational selling and relationship leadership skills.
- Strong personal initiative to achieve outstanding business results.
- Preferred experience in Modern Trade.
