Highradius is hiring for the role of Saas Sales Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive industry- and organization-specific messaging to influence lead generation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive opportunity plan with Account Executives (AE), with a mixture of sell-to and sell-through strategies
  • Strategize deal movement uniquely through every sales stage, establishing the HighRadius value proposition clearly
  • Take ownership of the sales targets; rise beyond targets
  • Understand customers' businesses to explore automation opportunities
  • Build and develop cost-benefit ROI, business case models, and functional and technical maturity assessments for clients based on opportunity scope
  • Understand product and competitive products to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
  • Develop and execute account strategy and road map for a long-term relationship
  • Interface with product, engineering, consulting, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Have at least 2+ years of relevant experience in transformation sales, pre-sales, solution selling, technical sales, or consulting in a closing/quota-bearing role (experience in handling CFO office sales would be an added advantage)
  • Have a passion for enterprise and SaaS sales as a profession and a knack for technology to enjoy business and IT client conversations about HighRadius solutions
  • Possess a natural flair for conversations, collaboration, and networking with multiple customers and internal teams on a daily basis
  • Be fluent in verbal, written, and presentation skills, bringing the X-factor to company growth targets
  • Have zeal to ideate, learn, and execute strategies that bail out sales processes from trenches and bring the deal back on track
  • Possess a sound understanding of the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle model and consultative selling approach to dealing with CXOs
  • Focus on driving ROI, marketing, and product implementation strategies during sales and solutioning phases
  • MBA preferred; however, graduates with relevant work experience (2+ years) can also apply (experience and knowledge of accounts receivable will be an added advantage
