Fynd (Shopsense Retail Technologies Ltd.) is hiring for the role of SaaS Sales!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Prospecting and acquiring brands for the platform by closing deals with the best brands across the country.
  • Understanding the brand proposition, negotiating with brands on commercial agreements, and setting proper expectations.
  • Doing Hands-on business development, brand/retailer onboarding and account management.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new brands onto the platform and working with various stakeholders inside and outside for quick turnaround.
  • Building strong communication channels at all levels of the brand organization to strengthen relationships, successfully execute initiatives, and drive growth.
  • Being hands-on with data, create dashboards and reports to share with brands you manage on the platform.
  • Working with the brand’s internal marketing team to strategize and execute new and relevant marketing campaigns and promotion plans to drive brand visibility, traffic, and transactions.
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen the relationship with the brand organization; and expanding the product and brand portfolio.
  • Maintaining a broad understanding of the brand’s P&L, revenue targets, and gross margins and using it for better decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Decent data analysis & Excel skills. I am able to learn new data & analytical tools independently
  • Good network across the retail ecosystem, including brands, retailers, e-commerce companies, technology and consulting service providers, etc.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce.
  • Handle projects with problem-solving & a product mindset: Retail market study or Brand interaction to get inputs on new technologies or Brand updates
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills—updated on Indian Retail trends; Good negotiation skills
  • Excellent time and task management skills; Understanding brands in-depth business requirements
  • Works approach should always be customer-centric: Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
  • Take ownership & responsibility in every task
  • Excellent presentation skills, preparing effective PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the Supply chain
  • Assisting seniors and team members to achieve team targets
  • Accountable for the brand’s business at Fynd
  • Business Margin calculations
