Deloitte is hiring for the role of S&T-V&M-Business Valuation Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Support US project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and corporate finance related services
• Analyze companies from a financial, operational, and industry perspective mergers and acquisitions (M&A) due diligence experience
• Have knowledge of financial models and be able to create financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed and get the team to deliver high-quality valuation work products
• Successful experience in overall engagement planning and job economics (e.g., deployment, budgeting, and billing/collections)
• Interact with internal and external clients and communicate with Seniors and Managers in the United States
• Lead internal initiatives and practice management engagements
• Effectively manage risk associated with engagements
• Seeking/providing guidance from/to teams, especially in cases where troubleshooting is required. Learn new methods and processes.
• Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments
• Assume responsibility for the quality control and accuracy of client deliverables through execution.
• Involve and work on other Deloitte Consulting projects as required

Requirements:

• MBA Finance 
• Relevant Business Valuation experience
• CFA Level II cleared or appeared
