Rust Developer Job in Gurugram at Ment Tech

We are looking for a rust developer with a knowledge of best practices, algorithms, and data structures. You will be working on a backend to process data from the Ethereum blockchain. The focus of your work will be to design highly optimized modules in rust and identify modules that can be improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Experience building multi-threaded applications
• Experience designing a robust API
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the Rust programming language. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with the team to design and architect robust, scalable, and secure software systems. Ensure that the architecture supports the desired functionality, performance, and maintainability goals.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and adherence to coding standards. Write and maintain unit tests to validate the correctness of the implemented features and improve overall software quality.
• Investigate and debug software issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes. Proactively identify potential problems and address them before they impact users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong proficiency in the Rust programming language and its ecosystem.
• Experience in developing and deploying production-grade software applications using Rust.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
