Capgemini is hiring for the role of RPA Developer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions across enterprise functions and Architect scalable, modular systems using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, BluePrism, and emerging Agentic frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end program execution, including solution design, governance, and stakeholder alignment and Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and business impact realization.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and enablement across pods and delivery teams and Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on AI-first automation strategies and operational excellence.
- Ensure alignment with business goals through value-centric storytelling and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Should have good experience in UiPath Development End to End, Re-Framework, Experience with different automation ( Web, Desktop, PDF, Excel, SAP,API..)
- Should be aware of latest UiPath features, Orchestrator , Knowledge of Agentic Automation, It will be good if candidate has Agentic Handson(POC) , Check for logical and analytical skills.
- Good to have : Power Automate.
- Should have good exposure with uipath development , agentic knowledge is fine if not handson , should have knowledge on latest features of uipath.
