Rotational Product Manager Job in Ahmedabad at Social Pilot Infotech LLP

Social Pilot is hiring for the role of Rotational Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Diverse Exposure: RPMs will work on various aspects of the product, from analytics to engagement tools, ensuring a well-rounded experience. 
• Collaboration: RPMs will collaborate with teams across the organization, from engineering and design to marketing and customer support. 
• Feedback Loop: Regular check-ins and feedback sessions to ensure continuous learning and growth. 
• Final Presentation: At the end of the program, RPMs will present a capstone project to SocialPilot's leadership team, showcasing their learnings and contributions.
• Duration: 18 months 
• Rotations: Three 6-month rotations across different product teams within SocialPilot. 
• Mentorship: Each RPM will be paired with a senior product leader who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program. 
• Training: Comprehensive training sessions on SocialPilot's product suite, customer obsession, and the SaaS industry landscape. 

Requirements:

•  Passion for social media management and the tech industry. 
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•  Excellent communication abilities. 
•  Engineering or Management degree. 
•  Prior experience in product management or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
