Deceler is hiring for the role of Robotics Sales Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsibility to Achieve Sales target at assigned territory
• Present the company and company products to potential customers.
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.Effectively communicate client needs to the Application team for providing solutions
• Establishment of good relationship to the different levels of the customer.
• Create new business opportunities to guarantee long term customer relationships.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Lead sales projects to success according to business plan.
• Close cooperation with the customer service department of the company for the sales of maintenance services, spare parts and technical trainings.
• Efficient time management of all sales activities.
• Lead and cooperate with local sales partners by providing training, support to maximize sales success.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for 2-4 years
• Proven track record selling Robots or Cobot’s
• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with seniors
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• High commercial awareness and acumen
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• Willingness to travel
• Negotiation Skill to compete with Competitor Products
