Robotics Instructor / Trainer Job in Allahabad at Cograd

Cograd is hiring motivated and knowledgeable Robotics Instructors / Trainers to deliver impactful, hands-on training in Robotics, Electronics, and IoT. The role involves conducting workshops and training programs across the country, contributing to Cograd’s mission to empower students and teachers through future-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and interactive training sessions on Robotics, IoT, and Electronics for:

1. Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs)
2. Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs)
3. ITIs, Student Innovation Clubs
4. Society-based and community tech workshops

• Deliver content aligned with Cograd’s pedagogy and project requirements
• Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners and regional contexts
• Facilitate engaging learning through hands-on kits, real-time simulations, and project work
• Collaborate with the academic team for content improvement and learner feedback
• Maintain training logs, learner feedback, and progress reports

Contract Terms and Pre-Joining Training

• Duration: Based on specific project timelines
• Mandatory Pre-Joining Training: 15-day in-person program covering pedagogy and emerging EdTech tools
• Training Venue: Delhi NCR or Allahabad
• Note: Trainers must bear the travel and accommodation expenses for this training

Candidate Requirements

Educational Background:

B.Tech / Diploma in:

• Electronics
• Electrical
• Mechanical
• Mechatronics
• Or other related fields

Technical & Instructional Skills:

• Strong understanding of Robotics systems, IoT modules, and Electronics fundamentals
• Clear communication skills to simplify complex technical content
• Ability to teach across varied learning environments and demographics

• Willingness to travel across India for project assignments
• Passion for teaching and a growth-oriented mindset
