GreendzineTech is hiring for the role of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting in automating business workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy under the guidance of senior team members.
• Supporting the maintenance of automation post-implementation by identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Learning to write scripts and code using RPA tools to address automation challenges and enhance system functionality.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing ideas to optimize system development and integration processes.
• Collaborating with team members to conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) exercises and gather feedback for improvement.
• Working closely with different business functions to understand processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Assisting in configuring new automation using user-friendly tools and documenting automation procedures.
• Contributing to managing process workloads, researching exemptions, and providing updates on progress and challenges in team meetings.
• Learning and following Quality Assurance processes to ensure the quality of automation systems and minimize potential bugs.

Requirements:

• Good technical aptitude and communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good presentation skills
• Should be able to travel for business purposes
• Should know Business processes, RPA tools, Cloud technology, Database, AI, ML, PLM, ERP, UI/UX Principle
• Should be Intermediate level in one of the Programming languages (Python / C / JS)
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
  • Computer Science / Computer Applications
  • Information Technology
  • Electrical / Electronics
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year
