RO (Reverse Osmosis) Operator Job in Ahmedabad at Indian Ion Exchange & Chemical Limited

 As an RO Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining reverse osmosis systems to treat water or other fluids. Your primary role will be to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the RO system, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the necessary documentation. You will work in collaboration with a team to maintain water quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and optimize the performance of the reverse osmosis equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor reverse osmosis systems to ensure proper functioning and optimal performance.
• Collect water samples at various stages of the RO process and perform routine water quality testing.
• Analyze test results and make necessary adjustments to the RO system to maintain water quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or abnormalities in the RO system.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians or engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the operation and maintenance of the RO system.
• Collaborate with other operators, maintenance technicians, and engineers to optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Mechanical diploma /Degree or equivalent. Additional technical certifications or training in water treatment or RO operations are desirable.
• Fresher and experience both are eligible.
• Proven experience as an RO Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of reverse osmosis systems, their components, and operating principles.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, water chemistry, and water quality parameters.
• Familiarity with testing equipment and procedures for water quality analysis.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data, diagnose problems, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge to perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
