KPMG is hiring for the role of Risk - Personal Independence: Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in handling personal independence queries.
• Conduct independence audits.
• Assist in India's adaptation of the Annual CBT Independence training rollout.
• Track violations for reporting from a regulatory/firm perspective.
• Provide guidance to juniors on the compliance of New Joiner risk training and affidavit process, and monitor and ensure timely completion.
• Grant exit to employees where required (including Partners/Senior Advisors), and guide juniors on the exit process.
• Assist in reviewing Firm Financial Reporting details provided by the Finance team.
• Assist in the profit refund process for trades/delays in disposal of restricted entities by employees, including follow-up for details/documents and maintaining a tracker for the process.
• Review and, where required, prepare the New Joiners exceptions report and secondees report.
• Guide in handling NGGC queries assist in the technical backend changes and ensure compliance.
• Guide in handling entire KICS administration and technical backend changes and ensure compliance.
• Handle DLP queries and trackers and assist in the coordination of DLP incident-related discussions.
• Assist with updates in processes/documentation, as per GQRM or new guidance from global independence, drafting alerts for review and finalization.
• Conduct the risk sessions in KiNs for new joiners.
• Assist with IT automation processes.
• Assist with any additional projects as required.

Requirements:

• Graduate BA/B.Sc/B.Com and Qualified CA/MBA
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong executive presence, excellent communication and relationship development skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
• Good written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
• Keen sense of responsibility, solid professional standards, excellent track record of dependability
