Motilal Oswal Financial Services is hiring for the role of Risk Management Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct day-to-day risk management activities, including monitoring and addressing MTM (mark-to-market) shortfalls and margin shortfalls.
• Monitor and analyse equity market trends, liquidity conditions and other factors affecting portfolio risk and performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely trade confirmations, including verification of trade details, and settlement instructions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market and operational risks associated with equity, F&O (futures and options) and MTF (market-to-market) segments.
• Monitor and manage terminal limits, client limits, and allocations to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
• Prepare EOD (end-of-day) reports, including risk metrics, portfolio valuations, P&L (profit and loss) calculations, and other relevant information.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in equity risk management.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of equity markets and trading strategies.
