Risk Management Analyst/Senior Analyst Job in Gurgaon at American Express

American Express is hiring for the role of Risk Management Analyst/Senior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive successful transformation of risk capabilities and processes as part of Project Fusion for the Indian market.
• At New Accounts: Partner with vendors - Jocata and Fiserv, consumer and commercial credit bureaus and third-party vendors (ex. Bio-Catch), decision sciences, strategy teams (credit & fraud risk) and India business teams to migrate, simplify/enhance and implement consumer and commercial new account underwriting (including client and card-member level underwriting) to Jocata.
• At Customer Management: Partner with Fiserv and Jocata, credit bureaus, FICO teams, internal CFR decision sciences and strategy partner teams across consumer and commercial, credit and fraud to migrate, simplify/enhance and implement authorizations (Credit, fraud), case setups, RLA, CBO collections rulesets and processes.
• Drive milestones towards flawless execution & implementation of our new set of issuing product platforms and capabilities (both consumer and corporate).
• Collaborate with workstream owners to identify & mitigate barriers to roadmap execution, including understanding critical cross-workstream and cross-platform dependencies.
• Partner with Tech SMEs, other Product Owners & Business SMEs to ensure an aligned capability development strategy is being deployed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements through robust risk policies.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the credit bureaus, fintech and other vendors

Requirements:

• Strong quantitative, analytical, project management and structured problem-solving skills in Credit, Fraud Risk Management
• Working knowledge of Falcon, Triad and Vision Plus platforms will be preferred.
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and on aggressive timelines.
• Effective team player and able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in analyzing data, drawing inferences, and making recommendations.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with an ability to effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Thorough understanding of credit card business economics.
• An advanced quantitative degree in business administration, engineering, statistics, or economics and/or equivalent work experience will be preferred.
