Risk Management Analyst Job in Kochi at EY (Ernst & Young)

EY is hiring for the role of Risk Management Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist with the day-to-day functioning and upkeep of risk management tools and systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Provide tiered support to users, addressing and troubleshooting tool-related issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams as needed.
• Update and maintain the integrity of data within risk management systems, guaranteeing both accuracy and completeness.
• Engage in the testing and deployment of new functionalities or updates within the risk management tools, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
• Support the onshore team by assisting with the documentation and verification processes for client and engagement acceptance, ensuring thoroughness and precision.
• Perform preliminary assessments of client and engagement documentation to pinpoint potential risks and escalate them for in-depth evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with the onshore risk management team to ensure tasks and responsibilities are well-coordinated and executed seamlessly.
• Actively participate in team meetings, providing task updates and engaging in discussions aimed at process optimization.
• Take part in training sessions to enhance your understanding and proficiency in risk management practices and tools.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Master in any stream (preferred MBA-Finance, B. Com, BBA)
• Prior experience in providing technical support & research activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with compliance management systems.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret regulations and assess compliance risks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Fluency in English is essential.
