Fi Money is hiring for the role of Implementation Risk- Escalations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle implementation risk and escalations related to Fi Money.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and derive actionable insights.
- Utilize highly proficient skills in Excel and data analysis for comprehensive examination.
- Work with SQL (Snowflake) to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Address complex issues through strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Apply knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC, Transaction Monitoring, RBI Regulations, vKYC, and min KYC.
Requirements:
- Highly Proficient in Excel and Data Analysis.
- Working Experience in SQL (Snowflake).
- Deep Dive Analysis: Ability to conduct detailed analysis and derive actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High-Level Attention to Detail: Thorough and meticulous approach to work.
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC, Transaction Monitoring, RBI Regulations, vKYC, and min KYC.
- Experience in handling RBI escalations, customer escalations, and grievances.
