Risk & Compliance Consultant Job in Bengaluru at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Risk & Compliance Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Independently conduct regulatory research and preliminary compliance assessments for client organizations. 
• Draft and update specific HR policy documents and compliance reports with guidance from senior team members. 
• Act as a primary point of contact with client stakeholders for day-to-day queries and information requests. 
• Identify and suggest process improvements based on recurring compliance findings and client feedback. 

Requirements:

• Common technical skills: Python, ML, NLP, deep learning, cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps. 
• Preferred: Generative AI/LLMs, Computer Vision, Big Data tools (PySpark, Dask), Data Visualization, experimental design.Understanding of labor regulations, payroll compliance, reporting & documentation requirements, assessment methodology, change management and communication 
• Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS or related).
