Risk and Audit Analyst Job at Yallo

Yallo is looking for a talented Risk and Audit Analyst to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and evaluate potential risks to the organization.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of identified risks.
• Review and analyze financial statements and other relevant data to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing audit findings and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant risk management and audit standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective risk management and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management or auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with risk management software and tools (e.g., ACL, IDEA) is a plus.
• CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
