Risk Analyst Job in Bangalore at PhonePe

PhonePe is hiring for the role of Risk Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build Risk strategies to manage Fraud and Credit Risk for Lending business 
• Evaluate alternate data sources to solidify the risk management 
• Work with cross-functional teams to build anomaly detection capabilities 
• Collaborate with Data Science team to build the best risk models 
• Be able to communicate results and recommendations to various stakeholders,
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the solutions and improve upon them in a continuous manner
• We expect them to have a mix of a strong technical background and to have a keen eye for the business implications of their work 

Requirements:

• BTech/ BE from Tier-I & II colleges
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the Risk Analytics domain preferably with Fintechs 
• Experience in SQL, Python, MS Excel 
• Experience with Statistical modeling such as Decision Trees, XGBoost, etc. preferred 
• Be agile and highly collaborative, communicate impressively 
• Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving 
• Be highly data-driven and adept at balancing needs with business goals 
• Be skilled in building and managing business alliances 
• Thrive in a competitive and a result-oriented work environment 
• Be able to create and own the processes on their own
