Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Administer, configure, and maintain tool in the organization.
• Monitor tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
• Provide support to end-users, resolving tool-related problems and resolving client queries.
• Continuously assess tool usage and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance tool functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures, creating business documents.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track tool usage, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Uploading data on tool.
• Input data into Excel spreadsheets from various sources, digital files, and databases.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries.
• Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
• Cross-check data for consistency and integrity
• Create and maintain organized and well-structured Excel files.
• Sort, filter, and categorize data as required for easy retrieval and analysis.
• Perform quality assurance checks on data to maintain high data integrity standards.
• Identify and report any data-related issues or inconsistencies
• Generate basic reports and summaries from Excel data as requested.
• Collaborate with team members to provide data for various projects and analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of basic functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PIVOT, FILTER).
• Understanding of Agile methodology and project management tools(e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in data entry or related roles.
• Ability to handle multiple clients at one time.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
