RFP Business Analyst (Sales Support) Job in Hyderabad at Blue Yonder

BlueYonder is hiring for the role of RFP Business Analyst (Sales Support)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Author content on solutions for BY proposals
• Perform all the tasks provided in day-to-day work with little or no guidance
• Upload final documents, communications, data and files to the document repository
• Use independent judgment to create, analyze and execute documents for the sales team
• Communicate in a virtual working environment with team members across the globe and communicate effectively with team members in the local office
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all functions of Blue Yonder to effectively drive the achievement of goals
• Complete assigned work within the allotted time
• Conduct oneself at all times with Blue Yonder customers and internal associates
• Record time and expense in the time entry system
• Assist on various ad-hoc tasks to support the Sales department
• Support Blue Yonder's global strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as an RFP Specialist or writing, editing, and coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs, including government bids (federal, state and local)
• Experience directly supporting a sales organization, experience in managing a library of information that can be accessed and used easily
• Able to work well under pressure and respond to fast-changing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent team player with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing for sales/marketing needs in a technical environment
• Experience leveraging CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce) is required
• Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
• A strong team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
• Diploma/Degree specialization in Business, Communications or a related field
