RF ENGINEER/ FIELD ENGINEER Job in Hyderabad at Santosh Global Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of BTS devices, survey, and maintenance work.
• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of equipment or systems according to specifications and project requirements. Ensure proper functioning and integration with existing infrastructure.
• Conduct routine maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs on equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical assistance to customers or end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote communication tools. Guide customers through problem-solving processes, offer expert advice, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams if needed.
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports, documentation, and service records related to installations, maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions. Maintain organized records of equipment inventory, service logs, and project progress.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers or colleagues to enhance their understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Share technical knowledge and best practices to improve overall team performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies while working in the field. Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and take necessary precautions to maintain a safe working environment.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to coordinate field activities, share information, and resolve complex technical issues. Provide feedback and suggestions for product or process improvement based on field experiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field ( IT/B.TECH/DIPLOMA/BCA/CS etc.)
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in the relevant field or industry
• Proficiency in equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced field environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
• Flexibility to travel extensively and work in various locations or project sites
• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency in using relevant software tools and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver's license and willingness to operate company vehicles or travel by other means as required.

Salary

• Salary + 5000 FOR PETROL ALLOWANCE
