Deloitte is hiring for the role of Rewards & Recognition Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • R&R Processes and Query Handling:Handle end-to-end R&R reporting and analysis.
    Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, supporting the client with proactive responses or the latest status to ensure deadlines and quality of work are met.
    Initiate and propose enhancements to simplify and improve process efficiency.
    Administer monthly and annual R&R processes and coordinate with different teams to complete these processes.
    Handle TIF (Thank It Forward) tool, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate with different teams for resolution.
    Manage ServiceNow/Mailbox and resolve queries.
    Maintain and perform spend analysis for department-wise R&R budgets.
    Strengthen the audit mechanism in the current process, use various tools and techniques for R&R-related research and analysis, and create and update process SOPs.
  • Compensation Transactions/Support to Compensation Specialists:Upload annual compensation statements and participate in the communication process.
    Handle offline corrections for salary, bonus, or other one-time/ad hoc payments.
    Process salary advances and loans for US professionals.
    Process retention bonuses and prepare retention agreements.
    Manage wage overpayments.
    Participate in testing new tools and enhancements, collaborating with other teams to accomplish these tasks.
    Work as part of a team and collaborate across People COEs to understand all existing and new policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring professional COE support to stakeholders.
    Actively build and maintain strong relationships with DTTL People COEs.
    Stay knowledgeable about the DTTL business environment, organization, and key stakeholders.
    Provide support with project presentations, TIF/tool enhancements, and working sessions.
    Support DTTL Compensation Specialists/Global COE with analysis and day-to-day work.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory:MBA in HR or a postgraduate degree in statistics/applied economics with prior experience in compensation or related business processes
    2-4 years of experience in HR
    Experience working in a team environment
  • Preferred:Experience working in a Rewards COE or HRSS comp department of a multinational company
  • Key Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Keen attention to detail and accuracy
    People-related skills: proactive approach and sense of urgency
    Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce
    Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
