About this Job

What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute revenue marketing strategies that position Inshorts and Public App as the preferred advertising platforms for brands targeting high-intent, urban India and Bharat's regional audiences respectively 
  • Own the B2B marketing narrative - developing collateral, category insights, and advertiser-facing content that equips the sales team to win 
  • Develop thought leadership assets - research reports, advertiser case studies - that establish Inshorts Group as an intelligent voice in India's digital advertising ecosystem 
  • Identify and manage industry event participation - conferences, roundtables, award entries, and speaking opportunities - to build platform credibility with CMOs and agency decision-makers 
  • Build and nurture relationships with key contacts at media agencies, planning teams, and brand marketing functions across priority advertiser categories 
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand pipeline challenges and develop marketing responses - category-specific decks, audience insight reports, competitive positioning tools 
  • Collaborate with PR, social, and content teams to amplify key platform messaging and maintain narrative consistency across all advertiser-facing touchpoints 
  • Track and report on the impact of revenue marketing activity - lead quality, brand awareness among target advertisers, sales enablement effectiveness 
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors involved in B2B marketing execution

Who You Are:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, revenue marketing, brand solutions, or trade marketing - ideally within digital media, adtech, or a content platform 
  • Strong understanding of India's advertising and media agency ecosystem — familiar with how media plans are made, who influences them, and what advertisers care about 
  • Comfortable working at the intersection of brand storytelling and commercial outcomes -you understand that good B2B marketing ultimately drives revenue 
  • Experience creating advertiser-facing content - decks, insight reports, category studies that is sharp, data-informed, and genuinely useful to a CMO or agency planner 
  • Existing relationships or familiarity with India's marketing community - agencies, brand teams, industry bodies is a strong advantage 
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment where you will own outcomes, not just execute tasks 
  • Curiosity about regional India, vernacular media, and the evolving digital attention economy is a genuine plus - this is what our platforms are built around
