ADP is hiring for the role of Revenue Finance - Account Analyst (MAS GBS Transition)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide support in maintaining precise records of all incoming payments
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
• Reconcile any irregularities in receipts
• Work collaboratively with Finance leaders, Relationship managers, accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances.
• Responsibles in reducing accounts receivables and increase the revenue for ADP.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office tools – Outllok, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Organized and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with financial metrics and calculations
• Inclusive team player to be able to understand different point of view and manage conflict in client organization.
• Work collaboratively with teams spread across geography.
• Ability to take ownership and pressure.
• Adapt to everchanging tools and technology.
• Ability to work in any shift based on the business requirement.
