Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strategize to maximize revenue for the company through existing and new products and services.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services with strong arguments to both existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of current and potential customers to meet their requirements.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled time.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
• Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quick thinking.
• Self-starter with the ability to formulate and adapt business alliances and partnership strategies.

• Preference will be given to members of the placement team of the institution or during MBA.
• Candidates who have participated in campus engagements during their graduation/post-graduation will have an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset.
