Bluevine is hiring for the role of Revenue Analytics Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build sales productivity and performance analytics
• Take ownership and continuously improve standard sales performance reporting across our business lines
• Design and conduct analyses to generate and communicate critical insights on revenue performance, driving actionable strategies for improvement
• Utilize analytical findings to formulate recommendations and build analysis aimed at boosting revenue performance
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams, identifying key areas of opportunity and improvement
• Design sales forecasting models to project new and repeat business for our diverse lines of business
• Construct and maintain statistical models for sales quotas, tracking team achievements through multiple data sources
• Analyze operations metrics to pinpoint and act on optimization opportunities

Requirements:

• Have 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within consulting, finance, or tech
• Demonstrate 2+ years of experience with Excel modeling
• Show high proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Prefer candidates with experience in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to successfully manage and deliver both small and large-scale projects
• Be a collaborator who can partner with senior executives and team members effectively
• Have experience designing and executing analysis on large data sets
• Exhibit problem-solving skills with the ability to gather critical information, address complex challenges, effectively coordinate resources, deliver impactful results, and collaborate across diverse teams
• Possess effective communication skills with the proficiency to create clear, inclusive, and engaging narratives for diverse audiences, utilizing emails, presentations, and dashboards
• Be comfortable handling multiple high-priority projects at the same time, including situations with tight deadlines and limited data
• Be a motivated individual excited by the opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a commitment to personal learning and professional development
• Hold a bachelor's degree from a top-tier school, ideally in a business or quantitative field
