Revenue Analyst Job in Bengaluru at Oracle

Oracle is hiring for the role of Revenue Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform comprehensive research of customer details on Oracle internal applications like OM, IB, OKS, CBMS, LIT, GMA, and Q.
• Develop and maintain a well-rounded knowledge of Oracle’s Policies, systems and migration-related tools
• Apply current business practice policies in determining the license migration path and the license migration fees calculation
• Validate payment of license and support invoices for migrating licenses
• Collaborate with License Sales teams, Support and contracts team to streamline the quote-to-order cycle
• Provide interpretation of migration results to internal customers
• Provide advisory role to sales for license migration - identify potential issues, desired outcomes, and suggest solutions/alternative approaches
• Serve as a primary point of contact for all process-related inquiries
• Manage the Q workflow to allocate resources based on their skillset
• Assist in decision making by reporting volumes & trending to the management as applicable
• Responsible for getting certified on the core process periodically

Requirements:

• Problem Solving and Decision Making skills - To recognise deviations from standard practices and analyse situations to make decisions
• Strong analytical skills – The ability to perform calculations and evaluate support
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines, manage priorities and achieve goals
• Should be well-versed with Computer Usage and MS Office Applications like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Innovation – Ideation and process recommendations to improve customer experience, team efficiency and continuous improvement
• Cross-skilling on lateral LOBs 
• Good interpersonal & Presentation skills
• Reasonable business communication skills that assist in partnering with other internal groups and management
