IIDE is hiring for the role of Retention Marketing Associate!

About:

As an Associate within the Retention Marketing Team at IIDE, you will execute end-to-end promotional campaigns, write communication copy, coordinate data reporting across various channels, and ensure content quality.

This role requires a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for driving growth in the education sector. 

You'll need great relationship-building skills, solid presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments across the company. 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct end-to-end email, SMS & WhatsApp marketing campaigns
  
• Study Customer Data from CRM
  
• Create multiple segments from existing data
  
• Assist with daily analysis of campaigns 
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in CRM efforts

Requirements:

• While formal education and qualifications are important, we care mainly about your attitude, your work ethic, your desire to learn, and your ability to fit into our existing team culture
• Fair knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and proficiency in Google Sheets and G-studio
• Strong analytical, written communication, and research skills and the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must be incredibly organized and process-driven with a strong eye for detail
• Someone who defaults to believing all problems are solvable and is resourceful enough to find a solution using their initiative
