Requirements:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
• Strong understanding of retail banking, small business, or consumer finance products and business life cycles, including sales, underwriting, portfolio management, marketing, and collections.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis and statistical modelling in credit risk, marketing, or portfolio strategy for retail banking, small business, or consumer finance portfolios.
• Proficient in statistical programming skills, preferably in SAS or similar software.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of quantitative and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience in data mining and identifying data patterns.
• Proficiency in scorecard development is a plus.
• Experience in direct interaction with business units and exposure to international markets is a plus.
