Retail Bank Relationship Manager Job in Mumbai at Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned banks and to drive the sales of Motilal Oswal AMC's MF, AIF, and PMS products.
• Collaborate with bank partners to understand their needs, provide product training, and ensure effective product knowledge dissemination.
• Carry out huddles, group meetings, one on one meetings with assigned relationships to track distribution performance, provide feedback, and plan corrective actions.
• Conduct promotional activities, campaigns, and events in collaboration with the bank's distribution team to create product awareness and generate leads.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase penetration of Motilal Oswal AMC's products within the bank's existing client base.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
• Provide feedback to the product development team to ensure the product portfolio remains competitive and relevant.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend actionable strategies for growth and improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in AMC, Mutual Fund, or Wealth Management sales.

Skills:

• Good understanding of MF, PMS, and other financial products will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Certification: NISM - VA & XXI-A Certification is preferred.
