Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer preferences and guide them in product selection.
• Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Assist customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling additional products or services to maximize sales revenue.

• Should be good in Hindi
