Cars24 is hiring for the role of Retail Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Reach a set number of leads daily and engage prospects with charm and persuasion
- Maintain track of calling minutes to ensure productivity and success
- Achieve monthly targets that challenge negotiation and competitive skills
- Participate in 7 to 15 days of comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training
- Drive results by hitting targets, maximizing conversions, and securing incentives
- Demonstrate consistent follow-up to convert leads into successful deals
- Contribute to a high-energy, goal-driven sales environment focused on performance
Requirements:
- Full-time availability for 6 working days a week with 1 weekday off
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills with customers
- Working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a reporting deadline of 10 AM
- Punctuality and flexibility for extended hours when needed
- Energetic and disciplined approach, with a commitment to sales excellence
- Willingness to be part of an exciting and competitive team environment
