EY is hiring for the role of Resourcing Analyst Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Update of resource schedules on scheduling tools (ARMS/Retain)
- Review and resolution of scheduling conflicts
- Review of resource availability and resource requirements
- Manage mailbox and fulfil the scheduling requests coming through emails in defined TAT
- Optimize resource utilization through effective schedule management
Requirements:
- Graduates with 0-3 years of relevant resource management/workforce management/exposure in General Operations with strong acumen in resource management preferred
- Interest in business and commerciality
- Basic reporting and analysis
- Skills and attributes for success
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to excel under tight timelines
