Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• End-to-end resource management to ensure smooth and effective delivery
• Collaborate with key drivers of business (Delivery and Sales)
• Strategic pool management and effective re-deployment of the project ramp-down associates
• Improve forecasting and tracking of the demand globally
• Work with stakeholders such as Delivery Managers to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities
• Report to stakeholders on the fulfilment of critical accounts
• Bench Management and project ramp-up with defined timelines
• Train employees on their roles and responsibilities within the overall resource management process and the usage of the resource management systems in line with the process

Requirements:

• Overall, 2-3yrs of experience with RMG Data Analysis
• Strong Data Analysis skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and have excellent people skills
• Knowledge in the area of IT (desirable)
• Pronounced analytical and planning skills coupled with an independent, objective and process-oriented way of working
• Ability to work under pressure as well as result-orientated
• Discussion and Executions with Oversees employees in terms of Timesheet completion and providing approvals
• Strong and persuasive presentation skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
